Production Plan

Our modern 12,000 sqm production plant based in Calcinelli di Saltara is fully dedicated to innovation, research, development and production. A full range of more than 1,000 extrusions as well as standard products for PCB are always available thanks to our efficient over 1,000 sqm completely automated stock system.
The following production steps can be carried out at PADA:

- Cutting (by automatic and semiautomatic machines)
- Drilling
- Tapping
- Milling
- Punching
- Blanking
- Turning
- Welding (TIG)
- Bending
- Brushing
- Sandblasting
- Tumbling

Drilling, Tapping, Milling are carried out by means of our last generation CNC machines (hi-speed machines with pallets up to 3,000 mm length).
Hardness as well as thermal and corrosion resistance can be improved by means of the following surface treatments:

- Anodizing (10 – 20 micron, black, silver coloured)
- Chromating (Alodyne 1000, Alodyne 1200, Surtec 650 – Rohs compliant)
- Polishing
- Electrocolouring
- Dust painting
