Further to our technologies with copper pipe and steel pipe, we have developed a Water cold plates where fluids are flowing inside channels, inside in the plate. The water cold plate is completely made of aluminium and the fluids flows inside a circuit channels, produced trough an extrusion process.

This kind of technology is especially suitable when there are significant quantities to produce and when the electronic components mounted on the plate, directly, are live.

A further advantage in the use of such a technology, is to obtain the same thermal configuration, in both side of the plate.
